NVQ's in Team Leading and First Line Management
The programmes are designed for a wide range of managers from those with experience of allocating work across a team of colleagues or contractors, to those with less autonomy who are growing into the role and are ready to take on more responsibility.
As an added benefit, the classroom sessions can be targeted for either level 2 or level 3 candidates or alternatively, they can be tailored for a combined group of team leaders and first line managers.
The 20-week programme includes:
• Three full day workshops:
• Workshop notes, exercises and learning materials
• Collaborative and group learning options
• Dedicated support from experienced assessors
In short, all the support needed to get the most from the programme and gain level 2 or level 3 certificates in leadership and management.
To achieve a qualification, each candidate must demonstrate that they have reached the standard across 3 mandatory units that address general management skills and three to four role specific units, chosen from a list of nearly 40 options. The programme assessor will advise each candidate on the right level and mix of units to ensure everyone achieves certification.
