NVQ's in Senior Management
These courses are aimed at senior managers with assessment based round a real-life situation or project. So if you are restructuring a department, introducing new working practices or any other significant management project; this programme will support you through the process and help you to achieve a nationally recognised management qualification too!
You can be assessed at one of two levels:
Level 5 – for middle managers with a wide span of control and accountability for performance, who are responsible for determining resource allocation and operational methods.
Level 7– for senior managers with a high degree of autonomy and wide influence over the whole organisation and its strategy.
The six-month programme will cover key management techniques and assess both skills and knowledge. It includes:
• Four full day workshops:
- Leadership and planning
- Operational and performance management
- Managing, motivating and developing your people
- Innovation and change
• Workshop notes, exercises and learning materials
• Collaborative and group learning options
• Dedicated support from experienced assessors
