Skills Team specialises in delivering workforce development programmes to help employers and their staff become more confident, effective and productive. We aim to develop the skills needed for success in today’s competitive workplace.
We focus on vocational training – programmes that are practical and geared to real world learning and development.
We also offer programmes to help people get their first job and apprenticeships so they can grow into their new job role.
We run programmes that cover general skills like IT, management, customer service, administration and some of the specialist skills required for a career in child care or health and social care.
We are accredited by leading awarding bodies to deliver their qualifications including OCR, The Institute of Leadership and Management, Microsoft and CACHE.
