"I took the Skills Team Level 3 Management Training a year ago, and one year on I am still reaping the benefits. Not only did I have tailored teaching sessions in my own workplace that meant I could directly apply my learning to my current work situation, but I also had excellent one to one support on how to fully implement the techniques I learned.
This course has provided such a good foundation that I am still implementing key learning one year on as my role develops.
This was the right course for me at the right time, and I would be keen to encourage all new managers to consider taking this course not only to consolidate what they already know but to help set them up for growth in the future."
