Train to Gain FREE - Fully Funded Training Opportunities Train to Gain Train to Gain is the new government initiative funded by the Learning & Skills Council. The programme has been designed to help businesses improve their productivity and competitiveness by ensuring that staff have the right skills to do the best job. Funding is currently available for development and qualifications in key business areas such as Customer Service, Team Leading and IT skills. Skills Team has substantial levels of funding available to develop employee skills within the hospitality, leisure, travel, tourism and health care industry sectors across London and the South East. We have been tasked with developing skills in the following areas: Customer Services - A programme tailored to your organisational needs and leading to nationally recognised qualifications. All of the above programmes can be run at your premises with experienced tutors delivering the training and assessment. download pdf FREE TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT - Full funding is currently available to cover the £1,200 training and assessment fees for eligible learners. Who is eligible for funding? There are a few simple eligibility tests that ensure your staff member are fundable.
