Bespoke
Management Training
We offer a choice of programmes from classroom sessions delivered
in our training centre or on a client site to blended learning solutions
that can lead to nationally recognised qualifications from the Institute
of Leadership and Management.
Here are some of our most popular programmes:
Bespoke Management Training - the opportunity to tailor
any of our management development programmes to meet specific business
needs. For more information have a look at our Management
Seminar Series.
Institute of Leadership and Management Introductory Certificate
in First Line Management - a short, flexible programme (minimum
34 hours of development) of classroom training, distance learning
and individual tutor support which provides an introduction to a wide
range of responsibilities for the first line manager. The programme
combines the elements of the full Certificate in a tightly focussed
package, which can produce a rapid step change in performance. A work-based
assignment is produced as part of the programme that is assessed by
ILM as part of the certification process.
Institute of Leadership and Management Introductory Certificate
in Team Leading - a blend of classroom training followed by online
learning and individual tutor support aimed at team leaders or supervisors
to assist them in developing strategies at both personal and team
level, that will improve overall effectiveness. The assignments are
assessed externally by ILM as part of certification. This programme
can also be tailored to meet the needs of groups.

John Perrott of Copy Print receiving his Dell Axim
from Sally Tate having successfully completed his ILM Certificate
in First Line Management. "I chose a project I was already working
on for my work based assignment. Doing the programme helped me tackle
the problems in new ways and definitely helped me to get a better
solution. Maureen really helped to review my work too"
